Tim McCorry serves as Iron Oak Discovery’s Managing Director of Operations, based in New York. With over 15 years of experience in Data Forensics and eDiscovery, Tim has extensive expertise in all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). His proficiency in digital forensics and deep knowledge of Relativity make him a key asset to the organization. In his role, Tim ensures clients achieve success throughout the life cycle of each case, from data collection through production. He has been instrumental in thousands of cases, collaborating with in-house legal teams, external law firms, and C-level executives to meet their litigation needs. Tim’s experience spans both domestic and international arenas, including work with Federal and Local law enforcement agencies. Wolfgang Wilke serves as Iron Oak Discovery’s Director of Digital Forensics, based in Chattanooga, TN. With over 24 years of litigation support expertise, Wolfgang specializes in all aspects of digital forensics. His primary areas of expertise include protocol creation, forensic preservation, in-depth activity analysis and expert testimony. At Iron Oak Discovery, Wolfgang is responsible for managing all data acquisition and forensic investigation services. He has been retained as an expert in hundreds of cases for both law firms and corporations, addressing issues such as audit log preservation and analysis, trade secret theft, intellectual property misappropriation, corporate espionage, fraud/embezzlement, enterprise- level database analysis, software piracy and employee misconduct. Wolfgang’s consulting and expert witness testimonies have led to numerous convictions and settlements in cases involving disputes over digital evidence and electronic data.
